Hi, i have website on Kernel Video Sharing theme. (php website)
i have huge data and videos and want to stop scrapers from extract my website videos data and stop theme from download my videos.
how can i stop theme? or make the scrap hard and slow?
May I ask if your domain is using Cloudflare already? 
And you’re serving video files over proxied 
hostname?
Aren’t you using Cloudflare Stream, or R2 for that?
You could tweak your Security settings & WAF rules at least what comes to my mind at the moment.
Wonder if you could catch in which way does it scrap, from which IP does it come, by which user-agent, etc.
Once it shows up in Firewall Events, or in your log files at your origin host/server, you could create and modify the Firewall Rule to block requests from that particular device/user/script/bot for further.
