As far as I can tell, basically the same as:
My preferences are set that “Cloudflare may not send me emails”.
Cloudflare keeps sending me emails (marketing/sales stuff, not account or service related).
There is an unsubscribe link, and when I click it it takes me to my account that confirms that “Cloudflare may not send me emails”
Please make it stop.

Thanks, that was the first thing I did, ticket #2671327, but it seemed to auto-resolve and told me to post here instead.
I’ve also replied in that ticket, since it seemed to think I was asking something about DNS. Maybe I selected the wrong options from the dropdown
