You will receive a confirmation email with a confirmation code in the Subject. While the Trust and Safety team will review the details of your report, that may be the only reply you receive.

What do you mean when you say “it wouldn’t go through”? What exactly happened? Was there any error message?
In any case, the domain is merely using Cloudflare for DNS. It’s –not– proxied and Cloudflare is not the registrar for the domain. Why don’t you go after the organization actually hosting the allegedly infringing content on their servers?

Well, you may be new, but that’s no excuse to rehash your question instead of acting on the advice that has already been given to you.
Anyways, the site you gave https://flavorfullifestyle.com, as of this writing, is hosted by Microsoft (Azure). I mentioned this earlier, and putting the domain into the “Who Is Hosting This” link I provided would have told you the same thing.
A quick Googe search turns up this Microsoft Security Response Center address: https://msrc.microsoft.com/. At the bottom of that page you should see links to file Security, Abuse and Infringement reports.
The domain name flavorfullifestyle.com itself is registered with NameCheap. Once again, a quick Google search leads me to this NameCheap abuse reporting page: https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9196/5/how-and-where-can-i-file-abuse-complaints/
