Still unable to purge cache

I have change the setting into “development mode”, and push “purge cache” button, but I still unable to repair/ update my website.

If your site is in Dev Mode, then Cloudflare Cache does not apply.

What isn’t updating in your site?

The last block (at the bottom) of the page is broken. It suppose to be like this:
https://www.pekanbarudisain.com/PCD/tentang.html. But I can not edit/ or update the existing page, I only able to create the page at a new url. I really can not update any of my websites.
