What is the name of the domain?

www.medastex.com

What is the error number?

Pending. No number.

What is the issue you’re encountering

since 13 days, domain is still pending. but we have other domains, they are good , and we have the same server.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I rewrote DNS, and name servers etc. But never worked. Godaddy also helped but didnt solve.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

You have a DNSSEC issue and need to either disable DNSSEC at your registrar or configure the values provided by Cloudflare.

However, you also have a certificate issue on your server and need to fix this first.

Our domain and hosting are located at GoDaddy. Cloudflare, only for managing the DNS and other stuff. And security of course. So, is that really a MUST to disable DNSSEC?

There are two issues here, your server certificate is not correct and DNSSEC must be fixed.

I would pause Cloudflare, fix DNSSEC, verify that the site loads fine on HTTPS when paused, and contact the host if it doesn’t.
