I can’t see my ticket in the Cloudflare dashboard, and nobody is responding to it via email either.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Created a post here, which was then automatically closed without any resolution.

I had assumed the issue was due to this incident: Cloudflare Status - Support Ticket Migration - Case Access Issues

But that is now marked as “Resolved”. Meanwhile, I still cannot see my ticket, nor has anyone from support replied to it about the actual issue.

I submitted the ticket on 22 Nov 2024, and the reply here (saying the issue accessing it was being escalated) was the last contact I had, before the forum post was closed:
