Hi,

I’m still experiencing the same issue with my Cloudflare account, where I’m being shown an “outstanding balance,” preventing me from adding a site. All invoices have been paid, and there are no unpaid charges, so I’m unsure why this error is appearing.

I submitted support tickets #01434686 and #01433278, but it’s been nearly two weeks with no resolution or update. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from the Cloudflare team could escalate this matter to the billing department for a quicker resolution.

This is becoming urgent, so any assistance or guidance would be extremely helpful.

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
