Status Pending, since days

Hey there,
i’m going crazy, at least a bit. My Hoster told me on thursday, as on tuesday, that they changed the DNS settings. From Cloudflare support i only recieve the notification, that i need to change the DNS settings. Which are obviously changed, but i’m not sure if anything else needs to be changed, as i can’t look at the server settings… It’s a bit frustrating at this point. Any idea what could be the problem?

which tool/site do you use? When i use who.is
https:// who. is/dns/kutami. de

i get the result that the servers are set.

Tools used are dig and whois on the (macOS) CLI.

% dig kutami.de +trace | tail -n5
kutami.de.		300	IN	A	46.4.77.17
kutami.de.		300	IN	NS	keanu.ns.cloudflare.com.
kutami.de.		300	IN	NS	kelly.ns.cloudflare.com.
;; Received 111 bytes from 2001:67c:192c::add:a3#53(robotns3.second-ns.com) in 407 ms

This shows that robotns3.second-ns.com answered the request, not Cloudflare.

If you aren’t familiar with CLI, check out Zoho Toolkit which shows the same results as above https://zohomail.tools/#domainDetails/kutami.de/ALL

This is what I see on that link. Note the NS records.

Ok,i see the problem, i’ve forwarded it (again) to my host. Any ideas what he is making wrong? Or where the problem might be?
He even send me a list of all DNS servers, which show that in each one the cloudflares are put in.

It needs to be changed at your registrar, not your host.

They are the same, my host has registered the adress. I don’t know where the adress is registered or who my registrar is.

Now after the 20th mail, it seems that the host finally found the wrong input. All works, i would like to thank you for your help, i think you gave the right input i needed to get them in the right direction :slight_smile:
