Status of Bandwidth Alliance as of Nov. 2019?

Is bandwidth alliance still active?
Which service provider is currently providing free egress?

There’s no mention of bandwidth alliance on help/pricing pages of digitalocean, linode, tencent cloud and kingsoft.
When I ask kingsoft’s support, they first told me they had to confirm internally, and called me one day later saying only data transfer within their own network is free.

The bandwidth alliance is a lie. Most of the partners have not actually implemented it.

The recent blog article provides an update The Bandwidth Alliance Charges Forward with New Partners - Alibaba, Zenlayer, and Cherry Servers

but still a recap table and updated links would be nice on the main BA page
