An attempt to transfer. Why did the transfer of the first domain succeeded with the same card but on the secont domain I was told the card should not support 3DS.
Opened 3 cases which are closed straight away with no possibility to reply at all.
They are all helpless as reply with bog standard useless information.
I tried from Incognito mode too, I tried adding second card the same issue.
What is the remedy?
Well, it was an interpretation rather than a solution. The error message could be made clearer. A reference to 402 error. Then saying Cloudflare doesn’t support cards with 3DS security makes things uncertain. Because how come you did manage to issue an invoice straight away & charge the card first time after a couple of days but failed second time? Overall, the payment part of CF and support for free accounts can be improved drastically.
