This is for a fallback site that is static.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Enabling the fallback site and disenable the main site.

After stopping the main site and enabling the fallback site, we were getting errors when moving away from the main page to the subpages. The fallback site is a full scrape of the site and is hosted in azure web app. When using the direct link of the azure space you are able to track through all of the sub pages. Though when enabled through cloudflare we are getting errors when browsing to the subpages from the main of too many redirects.
