What is the limit on static asset upload for Cloudflare Pages? and what is the cost structure on it beyond that point?

For static assets it is no more than 20,000 files and no single file can be higher than 25 MiB. Those are technical limits and can not be raised. If you need more or bigger files then I would recommend R2.
