May I ask how did you get Startup credit?
By what do you mean “startup credit”?
Did you applied for some 3rd-part service which either offers this kind of credits, or got it from someone as “gift”? :thinking:

I am not aware of possible way to add “credits” to your CF account except if you’re not an Enterprise customer and your service was down, therefrom you were given them to use?

Or rather you’re having a startup and applied for a program as follows on the link from below, therefrom no credits yet are applied? :thinking:

You pointed to the right LP for the credit. Follow the steps. Credits have been accepted officially, but for some reason, it is not accessible through the Cloudflare dashboard.
