SSL warning with

I just setup this website in Cloudflare -
The website was working OK until I activated Cloudflare and now I get the error below in Firefox. Is this because activation of the free Cloudflare SSL can take up to 24 hours, or is it because a different SSL is being used on the original hosting? Thanks.

Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

In your Cloudflare SSL/TLS settings pages, what’s the Status message? It should say “Active Certificate”

It does say Status = Active certificate but the site wont load -, yet it loaded OK until I switched the nameservers to Cloudflare.
I would very much appreciate any advice please. Is it because a different SSL (not the shared one provided free when I enable cloudlfare) was being used on the hosting server.

If SSL status says Active, then something is broken. Open a support ticket: Login & go to

By the way, which SSL setting did you use? Flexible, Full, or Full (Strict)? I highly doubt any of those particular settings would cause this error, but it should be Full (Strict) since you already have an SSL cert for your server.
