SSL Universal Certificate Expired and not renewing

I have the same issue with ssl and I can’t restore access myself. (Disabling/Enabling universal SSL didn’t help)

My domains are nippon-auto.by and easiestway.by.

Seems like it is similar issue to SSL Certificate (Universal) Expired and not renewing
