SSL/TLS issue at HostLegends with domain parked at Cloudflare

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Hello! I am trying to create a website (BABELEXPORT.COM) using the hosting services of HostLegends (www.hostlegends.com). The domain name BABELEXPORT.COM is currently parked at Cloudflare. Please see the attached screenshot No.1 that shows the DNS setting I configured on my Cloudflare Account.

SSL/TLS Settings: HostLegends uses the PLESK platform and comes with a FREE basic SSL/TLS certificate (LET’S ENCRYPT). Screenshot No.2 shows the current SSL/TLS certificate for BABELPORT.COM as of today. As you can see, it shows I am experiencing problem to secure the “webmail access”. Please do not pay attention to the wildcard SSL/TLS option as I did not choose it while requesting the certificate. I might do it later but the wildcard option is not the purpose of contacting you today.

In order to solve the security problem with “webmail access”, I requested the LET’S ENCRYPT certificate a few times but it persistently came with the same ERROR message. Please find on attached screenshot No.3 the exact terms of the error message.

SUPPORT QUERIES:

(1) Based on the attached error message generated by LET’S ENCRYPT, do you have any idea of what changes could be undertaken at BABELEXPORT.COM to solve the issue of webmail access in relation to the SSL/TLS certificate?

(2) Am I right by thinking that there is no point in activating the Universal SSL certificate offered by Cloudflare if I already get the Let’s Encrypt certificate from HostLegends? NOTE: I understand both of them are basic certificates that only offer a minimum level of security.

Regards

You haven’t created a DNS entry for the webmail name. You need an A record for that, pointed to whatever IP address your provider gave you.

In addition, in your screenshot you have an MX record pointing to mail.babelexport.com but you also need an A record for the mail name pointing to your mail server (SMTP).
