There are no relevant hits for this error online or in the Cloudflare Diagnostic Center.
For now, I have had to disable https on the webpage.
Hence, any help will be highly appreciated.

Sorry you are dealing with this issue.
That error means that the CA for the certificate flagged the site as being possibly malicious.
Based on VirusTotal there is one report:
Since this is the CA and not Cloudflare blocking it we can force the certificate to issue or bypass it.
I would recommend reaching out to the virus scanner and getting this resolved.
First of all, thank you for your reply. I wrote to the virus scanner but I have not received an answer yet. Can we do the option to force or skip the issuance of the certificate you mentioned? We can consider forcing as a priority. Thank you again.

My apologies I meant, cannot force the issuance of a certificate. We aren’t blocking it the CA won’t issue it, so we are stuck not able to provide one.

Thanks again for your reply, It is ridiculous that a virus scanner finds viruses in my site name. I will try to contact Virustotal.
For this domain, now the scan results on virustotal side have fixed. But I am still having problems with the certificate.
