I have an issue with Coudfarere SSL.
My Siteground error log describes this error:
[nginx][error] 56064#0: *889041 openat() “/home/u2-thfbt365ikrl/www/abcd.com/public_html/.well-known/pki-validation/ca3-60fb7d3a0bae43b8b3d5a20e67737267.txt” failed (2: No such file or directory), client: 188.8.131.52, server: abcd.com, request: “GET /.well-known/pki-validation/ca3-60fb7d3a0bae43b8b3d5a20e67737267.txt HTTP/1.1”, host: “abcd.com”
I have contacted their support and said this:
I have carefully checked the case and I noticed the IP addresses 184.108.40.206 and 220.127.116.11 in the reported errors.
I would like to mention that these two IP addresses are related to Cloudflare and as you might be aware your domain is currently using their services:
In your case, the validation method is via an HTTP request to a text file that should be located in your /.well-known/pki-validation folder. The text file that the Cloudflare SSL validation is looking for is related to an old SSL certificate that doesn’t exist.
The issue I’m facing is that this is causing a 502 error that sometimes appears.
How can it be solved?
