SSL still "Authorizing Certificate" after 24+ hours

It’s been 24+ hours since and SSL status is still “Authorizing Certificate”.
Whenever I access my site, browser will output this error: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I see in this forum many, many others have had this issue. Everyone speaks of submitting a ticket but I could find nowhere to do that.

i also having the same problem it takes more than 40 hour still showing Authorizing Certificate and website is not opening and shows( The client and server don’t support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.) error.Please solved my problem. website
