SSL selection issue

I am not understanding when/how to use the Cloudflare SSL.

My host provides free SSL on my plan do I need to disable them at the host? And not clear which SSL method to use for basic security?

Do I need to install any certificates at my host or just use the Flexible mode?

That’s great! Leave that turned on and use Full (Strict) SSL mode here.

OK but do I need to create a origin CA to install on my host panel

As stated?
Encrypts end-to-end, but requires a trusted CA or Cloudflare Origin CA certificate on the server

Origin Certificates

Generate a free TLS certificate signed by Cloudflare to install on your origin server.

Origin Certificates are only valid for encryption between Cloudflare and your origin server.

It’s all in the linked article. You need a valid certificate on your server and that can be an Origin certificate too.
