SSL revoked

Hi,

Many of my websites (https://www.clean-water.fr, https://pompes-funebres-lefevre.com) uses Cloudflare SSL and starting this morning I just noticed they have “invalid SSL”. It works when I first set up configuration and don’t really understand why it does not work anymore. I’on on Full SLL for both of them on free plan.

Does someone have an idea ?

What does your SSL status say in your Cloudflare dashboard? It would seem as if your Cloudflare certificates were revoked for some reason. Can you post a full page screenshot of your Crypto page on Cloudflare?

Seems to look all right. I’d open a support ticket and ask why the certificate appears to have been revoked.

On my server, using letsencrypt, as it’s mentionned when displaying certificate :

/etc/letsencrypt/live/clean-water.fr/fullchain.pem expires on 2019-09-26 (skipped)

I cant tell whether it is also on an issue with your server certificate, but the primary issue is that it appears the proxy certificates for your domain have been revoked (e.g. https://crt.sh/?id=1359708349).

Support needs to have a look at that.

Any update ? My productions websites are inaccessible.

What did support respond?

Nothing.

Can you post the ticket number?

I don’t have any ticket number as support do not contact me. No email neither.

When you open a ticket you automatically get a ticket number. Check your spam folder.

The only email from Cloudflare I received had for title “[Cloudflare Community] Email issue – Unknown To: Address” and contains :

We’re sorry, but your email message to [“[email protected]”] (titled Re: [Cloudflare Community] Confirm your new account) didn’t work.

None of the destination email addresses are recognized, or the Message-ID header in the email has been modified. Please make sure that you are sending to the correct email address provided by staff.

Well, it seems you never opened a support ticket.

Do so at support.cloudflare.com/requests/new

Well, I think we misunderstood each other. By “Support needs to have a look at that” and tagging @cloonan I didn’t understand that I need to open a ticket by myself.

I open a ticket now. Thank you for help.

No problem, once you have a ticket number post it here so @cloonan can track it.

Ticket number is #1739999.

One thing you could try yourself is to disable universal SSL at the bottom of the page, wait 30 minutes, and then re-enable it again. That might re-issue / re-activate the certificate.

Looks like a record was :grey: not :orange: and the certificate was not provisioned, appears to be in place now.
