SSL Problem - SSL Pending

Hello everyone! Hope you are all doing fine! I need help with my SSL Certification. I had an website in SHOWIT platform and I think automatically they added this protection and now, that I’m on SHOPIFY platform, I cannot correctly configure my domain because it keeps saying SSL PENDING and it keeps appearing my old website and not my new one. Can someone help me please or find me a way to reach support?
