Is it possible to issue a SSL certificate for a domain with port number? For ex: domain.com:3001 domain.com:5001 If yes, can you please let me know how I can achieve this? Thanks.
Cloudflare does not proxy traffic on those ports. You would have set that hostname to 
DNS Only. Regardless of Cloudflare’s configuration, every service should be protected by SSL/TLS at the origin.
