What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have disabled Universal SSL for more than 24 hours and enable it thereafter, but the error persists… EDGE certificate not deploy to my domain

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

when i pause cloudflare, the site loads normally on all web browsers

Could you navigate to the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your zone, or via direct link https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns.
Make sure to switch your A assure.ng to proxy, wait for few minutes and double-check back again if the Universal SSL is enabled under the SSL/TLS → Edge Certificates settings at the Cloudflare dashboard for your zone?
