Ssl not working, 521 error in browser

With flexible worked as expected
But switched Full (strict)
Enabled always use https
Created and copied certificates for origin server to the server where nginx is running(/etc/ssl/cert.pem and /etc/ssl/key.pem)
This is simple nginx config file /et/nginx/conf.d/default

Nothing in nginx logs, It seems request did not reach to my server
Whats going on?

listen 443i ssl;

I’ve not used nginx myself yet, but I don’t think the i is supposed to be there.
