SSL not issued after more than 24 hours of CloudFlare Activation

If I try to Activate Cloudflare proxy I see this error:
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I have a domain with Universal SSL Certificate, but CloudFlare seems not to see it after more than 24 hours. In my Hosting customer service says that SSL certificate is installed and everything seems to be ok on their side.

This is what Cloudflare says on my profile:

What’s wrong with this certificate? I have another .com domain with the same hosting service, with universal SSL certificate and proxied with Cloudflare and everything is working, so I don’t understand what’s the problem here. thank you for your support.

Hi @user9181,

Can you scroll all the way to the bottom of that page to a Disable/Enable Universal SSL button? Disable it, wait a few minutes and re-enable it. See if that works.
