SSL not always using https

After completing all the steps and turning always use HTTPS most of my traffic says that it isn’t secured the domain is 123insects.com and even when I access it it says not secure. What should I do about this?

That domain isn’t using Cloudlfare. I’m not even finding DNS records for the website.
