If your domain is imaginemd.com then you are not pointing to Cloudflare and won’t be able to use Cloudflare’s SSL certificates for your domain. DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool

Yes. That’s our domain. Do you know where it is pointing? Our web team has abandoned us and I’m left trying to figure this out myself. Any idea where it is pointing?

The IP is pointed to AWS so you’d need to figure out the login for it

I have that login. I will look there. Is it easy to point to Cloudflare? Or, should I just renew SSL through AWS?

You just need to change the nameservers

This is your choice if you already have everything working on AWS then might worth just leaving it
