I am having SSL problems can you please assist? Here is the link below. I had Redtrack Support review the issue first and they confirm its an issue with Cloudflare. I appreciate any help you can provide.

That is incorrect.
Your subdomain is not proxied by Cloudflare and does not have SSL installed at the origin (the rdtk.io subdomain). It needs SSL properly configured for your ‘link’ hostname in order to work.

Correct. Considering that the subdomain is not using Cloudflare, this is a hosting issue. If they confirm the DNS record is correct, as resolved at DNSChecker.org, then this has nothing to do with Cloudflare.
