can I get ssl for a subdomain which uses cloudflare nameserver and has a CNAME record pointing a domain outside cloudflare?

If the DNS entry for that subdomain is set to 
, then your Cloudflare TLS/SSL certificate will cover it…as long as it isn’t a sub-subdomain (www.sub.example.com).
The scenario is, I have a subdomain with Cloudflare name server. And also I have enabled a CNAME for that subdomain to point towards another domain which has a separate name server. My question is, can I use SSL for a subdomain in Cloudflare which has CNAME record point to another domain?
Can I use CNAME and ssl together for a subdomain. Which plan should I use for this to happen?
