What is the issue you’re encountering

Unable to connect to domain from some mobile internet.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried to update the DNS to DNS Only and back. when doing Proxied and back

The service only works when it’s DNS only,. but even the Proxied is working on some internet only and not on all

tried to Purge Cache and everything.

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

No Idea , seems issues of some IP range issue

Can you please collect the following information, from all the users that are seeing this kind of problem?

1. What ISP / provider, preferably their AS number?
   The AS number can be found here:

  → The AS number shown under “You are connecting from” like this: “Cloudflare, Inc. (AS13335)”
• https://bgp.he.net/

2. What country (and preferably state/region)?

I am from pakistan . and was using Zong. or Jazz Cellular network .

Currently it is working fine now.

Currently it is working fine now.

If it is still working fine, it may just have been some temporary issue from your own and/or the user’s own ISP, which caused a (partial) outage to some networks, such as for example (local) maintenance.

Further digging may therefore not make much sense.

If the the problem is coming back, I will suggest collecting and sharing the data about the problematic networks (AS numbers) and locations.
