Our domain recently began experiencing SSL issues with older android clients not recognizing the root certificate. Seems like this is a known issue based on other posts I’ve seen here.
We’re not in a position to take our service down by resetting universal SSL. Can someone from cloudflare please make the change for us?
Cloudflare cannot makes changes to your account on your behalf, and even if they could, why would you expect that the outcome would be any different than you doing it yourself? You will need to schedule a maintenance window and make the required change. The alternative is to wait out the certificate lifetime and see if it is resolved when the replacement certificate is issued.
