I’ve checked with the hosting company and the requests are arriving but when I query thiswith them then they say to contac t cloudflare

Looked online in the community forums, in a web search. I can’t think what else to do.

Go to www.cleanairuk.org and you should see that it’s not secure or that if your browser is set to only secutre browsing that there is the page shown in the screenshot

By the way, the hosting company for www.cleanairuk.org is 123-reg which is a GoDaddy company.

Make sure your SSL/TLS setting is set to “Full (strict)” in your dashboard here…

That’s for www, your apex domain cleanairuk.org is not proxied so requests aren’t passing through Cloudflare.
