I just activated SSL in my website https://www.dikesh.com. It’s great! However, the performance wise it loads very slow. Please let me know how to improve it and what I have to do to fix this issue?

Through my high-speed connection in Los Angeles, it loads in about one second. Some of the Facebook and Google resources load after that.
Beyond that, there are a few images that are taking 15-20 seconds, and then time out.
Is that what your noticing? Most loads ok, except for those few images?
