Every now and again, for the past couple hours, I get this SSL error. However, I’ve contacted my webhost twice and they say there’s nothing wrong on their end, that it should be an issue with cloudflare

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Open website, constantly reload until it eventually won’t load. It will remain like this for at least a couple seconds then fix itself. This has been happening over and over for the past couple of hours
