Yes, as you can see, your server isn’t configured correctly. Might be a firewall, or the webserver is misconfigured.
Keep it on DNS-Only until it works and only then switch it back to proxied.

I really can’t help you further than this.
You need to get your server to accept connections. As long as your server doesn’t accept connections, it will also not work via Cloudflare.
