SSL handshake failed

This error is showing on my site

how i can solve it?

This site can’t be reached

www.noteyindia.com ’s server IP address could not be found.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
I changed name server and ip address beside this having problem
What should i do?
