SSL giving errors when applying to subdomain

Good day,

I recently made an account and got our domain moved over. I have a subdomain that is about to have it’s certificate expire in a day. I followed the help pages step by step but when I bind the certificate to the port 443 it tells me the certificate is not valid and that the CA from Cloudflare is not valid.

I am using an origin certificate but not sure if that is the right things for what I am doing. What I do know is that I could be missing DNS settings that could be causing this.

Any advice or help would be great.

Is your domain proxied? Cloudflare Universal SSL will work best if your domain is proxied.
