SSL Full Encryption Mode Error

Hello, when I set the full SSL encryption, the following error is generated on my website, rendering it unusable.

“If you see this page it is because you have reached the default website.
This should not happen under normal circumstances. You are probably trying to access your website using a name that has not been configured on your website, or your DNS record is not pointing to the correct server.”

I paid the $10 monthly fee in case there was a conflict with the universal certificate, due to the fact that I need protection on my home page and subdomains.

Can you tell me how I can fix it?

Thanks

Hi @hector.medina,

It sounds like your server is not configured for HTTPS. Was it working with HTTPS before you added it to Cloudflare?

If no, you should pause Cloudflare, get it working with HTTPS, make sure your SSL/TLS mode is Full (Strict) and re-enable Cloudflare again.

The Universal certificate covers the root domain and first level subdomains like sub.domain.com, just not deeper subdomains like www.sub.domain.com.
