I need support for my website SSL. My website is hosted in namehero.com and domain is in namecheap.com my question is how I can connect my free SSL in my website with Cloudflare. Please guide me

There’s nothing to connect. Your site needs to have an SSL certificate and once you add it to Cloudflare, they’ll issue a second certificate for the proxies-only and that’s it. Two certificates, one on your server and one on the proxies and “Full strict” as encryption mode.
If your site currently loads fine on HTTPS, that should work without issues on Cloudflare too.
