SSL for SaaS with AWS Cloudfront

Hi, I’m basically having the exact same problem as the author (@IDM ) of this post: SSL for SaaS with cloudfront fails SSL handshake

That thread is now closed, so I’m just wondering if anyone has gotten custom domains (SSL for SaaS) working with an AWS Cloudfront URL set as the fallback origin?
