For my site ( http://taeg.ru, I specified dns, but the ssl Protocol does not work. What did I do wrong?
If SSL is set to Full (strict), can you change it to Full and see if the error goes away?

on the SSL/TLS app of the Cloudflare dashboard, will be on the first tab
Edit - On your DNS app, you need to make a couple of changes. First, can you click the 
next to the record called www to turn it 
. And, can you add an A record called @ (will change to domain name) and the contents of the IP address of your origin server. TTL of automatic and if it’s , click to make .
