When generating and uploading an origin tls certificate on my cPanel from Cloudflare, browsers give an invalid ssl error, saying the issuer is unknown. The category under Cloudflare origin has a blank name with identical info, and there is no issuer. This started when I transferred my domain to Cloudflare today.
In the DNS section, is the www record and/or the root (your domain) record have an orange cloud 
or a grey cloud 
? The origin certificates are only for communication between Cloudflare and the origin, which requires an 'd DNS record.
Both are orange. The issue is with cpanel.innonetlife.com(currently using a Let’s Encrypt certificate). The error was sec_unknown_issuer
