SSL Expired

HELP! The Universal SSL on my PRO account shows as expired from today. How the ■■■■ can this happen? My site is down now. How do I escalate this and get this resolved ASAP?

I’ve been a paying customer for years and I actually find it pretty strange that I do not have access to any support phone numbers or even a ticketing system to allow me to officially raise this issue.

I am not sure if you can renew it manually via your DNS panel.

Looks like you’re in direct contact with the PM for SSL @ Cloudflare so should be in good hands for determining the issue. You can raise a ticket, just login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support
