SSL Error: TLD_NOT_SUPPORTED

Hello Experts,

I am new to website building. I am right now building a website top3bestcams.in. I am facing some problems in it.
I purchased the domain from godaddy.com. For SSL, I took the free option from Cloudflare and changed the nameservers of godaddy from ns25.domaincontrol.com, ns26.domaincontrol.com to finley.ns.cloudflare.com, mckenzie.ns.cloudflare.com.
Cloudflare asked to check if the website is correct through ICANN Lookup.
I got an error:

  1. No registry RDAP server was identified for this domain. Attempting lookup using WHOIS service.
  2. Failed to perform lookup using WHOIS service: TLD_NOT_SUPPORTED

And now my website is not coming. I did some search in google and got some answers that it has got to do something with registrar and actually I do not know what it is.

Thanks & kindly guide me. I don’t know what the error is.
With Kind regards,
Kannan

ICANN lookup isn’t compatible with all TLDs. You can try WHOIS.com, or a whois in a terminal command line. What’s the TLD?

Hello,

I checked with whois and got the following data:

Status:

clientDeleteProhibited
clientRenewProhibited
clientTransferProhibited
clientUpdateProhibited

Name Servers:

mckenzie.ns.cloudflare.com
finley.ns.cloudflare.com

But still I am not able to get my website back…

Thanks & Regards,
Kannan

It’s in an HTTPS redirect loop. Was it working with HTTPS before you added it to Cloudflare?

Hello,

Before it was http. After I put the cloudflare nameservers change, it became https.

Thanks,
Kannan

That’s the problem. Sites need to HTTPS before you add them to Cloudflare. I suggest you use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview page, then wait five minutes to take effect. Have your host activate HTTPS for your website. Or install an Origin Cert if your host will let you:
