SSL Error showing when website is accessed

I recently migrated all my DNS records from bluehost to Cloudflare.

Now I am getting error and cant access the website.
“ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH”
Unsupported protocol
The client and server don’t support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

After a troubleshoot I found universal certificates are pending txt validation under edge certificates in Cloudflare dashboard.

Is this a propagation delay? does it get resolved automatically or should i change some DNS enteries or SSL configuration?
