Hello,
If you are seeing this timeout when proxying your endpoint. Try to review the WAF security event logs to see if any blocks are occuring. The best way to do this is to sort by that URI path where the request failed.
Or you can open developer tools run this process then find the request that shows the import failed. Then grab the RAYID then search for that in security events. The WAF could be blocking this connection.
