Is it possible to change the type of security certification of the SSL certificate? Or use directly the one that I have contracted with my company?
By default Cloudflare generate a ECC 256bit TLS certificate on the free plan.
If you are on a paid plan or have purchased Cloudflare’s Dedicated SSL, Cloudflare will generate an ECC 256bit + SHA256 TLS certificate, a RSA 2048bit + SHA256 TLS certificate and also another RSA 2048bit + SHA1 SSL certificate and install them all.
The visitor’s browser will chose which certificate they will use. New browsers tend to chose ECC while older browser tend to chose RSA. Older OS will often uses the RSA with SHA1.
If you want to use your own TLS certificate, you’ll need the Business Plan and higher.
