You seem to be on a partner setup with Cloudflare. This relies on CNAMEs so won’t work on the root domain. If you create a redirect on your server or in your web host’s control panel from the root domain to www, you should be OK.

If you want the site on the root domain rather then redirecting, and want to use Cloudflare, you would need a full DNS setup on Cloudflare rather than a partner setup.
