I have a client’s domain subdomain.example.com still pending, even though url returns the correct certificate validation response. I have done the same to many clients before and it worked fine but not for this domain, I wonder why… (p.s domain’s DNS is hosted at hostinger.com)
Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Could I please get you to check if Google Trust Services and Let’s Encrypt are allowed CAA on the domain?
This can be done via dig caa domainname.com and checking the output. Or if you can provide your custom hostname and I can check this for you.
We need to make sure both are allowed.
